CMYK Studios ("we", "us") collects limited personal data through the contact form on this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and the NDP Regulation.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, and the message text you submit. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. A single essential cookie records whether you have dismissed our consent banner.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry — to send you a quote, schedule an appointment, or reply to a question you asked. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Lawful basis
Consent (you voluntarily submit the form) and the step toward a potential contract between you and us.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for up to 12 months from last contact, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Our website is hosted on a server that receives standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) as a normal part of being online; those logs are kept for 30 days for security purposes only.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you may ask us to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
